Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, report writing tools, and basic accounting knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with report generation and analysis.
- Knowledge of database tools like Microsoft Access or Toad.
- Understanding of leasing concepts and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming payments, including lockbox payments, manual checks, wires, ACH, and EFT.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and prepare payment reports.
- Ensure the integrity of document imaging for journal entries and other critical financial documents.
- Investigate and resolve unapplied cash items and outstanding checks.
- Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Work independently and make sound decisions.
