Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel, report writing tools, and basic accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with report generation and analysis.
  • Knowledge of database tools like Microsoft Access or Toad.
  • Understanding of leasing concepts and processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming payments, including lockbox payments, manual checks, wires, ACH, and EFT.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records and prepare payment reports.
  • Ensure the integrity of document imaging for journal entries and other critical financial documents.
  • Investigate and resolve unapplied cash items and outstanding checks.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Work independently and make sound decisions.
