• Review all invoices with purchase orders and brokerage freight invoices to ensure appropriate documentation and approval is provided prior to entering for payment
• Reconcile capital project spending and maintain project folders
• Research and resolve discrepancies by working closely with associates from other PSI locations and departments
• Scan and save invoices to our financial system after final reviews
• Assist in accounting projects as time allows
• Provide coverage for other Accounts Payable activities as needed
