SUMMARY The accounts payable specialist has overall responsibility for accounts payable and the prompt payment of Daavlin's vendors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following.
  • Process vendor invoices.
  • Management of A/P report ensuring accuracy and prompt payment of vendors.
  • Prepares payments to vendors via ACH, Check or Wire.
  • Process customer refunds as requested by A/R.
  • Handles inquiries by phone, fax, or email to assist vendors with billing questions.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

  • Must be well organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent numerical perception and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • 2 year college degree with focus on accounting is preferred, but not required. Similar work experience is acceptable.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as prescriptions and medical records. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively on the telephone. Preference may be given to bilingual candidates.
