Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team in theindustrial construction sector. This role will be critical in managing the accounts receivable processes,ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internalteams.

Key Responsibilities:• Invoice Management: Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices to clients based on contractterms and project milestones.• Payment Monitoring: Monitor payments and resolve any discrepancies or issues withtransactions.• Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure all billings and payments areaccounted for.• Customer Communication: Maintain positive relationships with clients through timely follow-upon outstanding invoices, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.• Reporting: Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports, including aging reports.• Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a professionaland efficient manner.• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other departments to ensure timelybilling and resolution of issues related to accounts receivable.• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations in allaccounts receivable processes.• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve accounts receivable processes andcontribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications:• Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relatedfield preferred.• Experience: Proven experience in accounts receivable or financial roles, within the constructionor industrial sector required.• Skills: o Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and Adobe Pro. o Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. o Excellent organizational and time-management skills. o Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and teamwork. o Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. o Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

• Work Environment: Office-based• Hours: Full-time position, Monday through Friday
