Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate Processing: Record and process accounts payable transactions, including reviewing and verifying invoices, expense reports, and reimbursement requests.
- Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy of financial records by reconciling invoices, and statements, and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Vendor Management: Maintain vendor files, respond to inquiries, and resolve payment-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline and enhance accounts payable processes and procedures.
- Timely Payments: Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution and payment.
- Stakeholder Support: Provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal teams regarding payment inquiries.
- Ad Hoc Support: Assist the management team with special projects or additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- High school diploma and some accounting experience required.
- Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and relevant internship experience, are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is preferred.
