Key Responsibilities:
  • Take responsibility for making sure payments are received, processed, and applied to the correct account across various business divisions.
  • Lean on your experience to analyze and troubleshoot issues while working closely with both customers and the internal team to address inquiries and research customer questions.
  • Engage in payment processing, reconciling accounts receivable with newly received payments shown on the bank statement, and customer invoicing while utilizing Microsoft Excel.
