POSITION SUMMARY:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk manages the daily distribution of corporate receivables.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Communicates with dealers regarding invoice questions and responds to dealers in a professional and timely manner.
• Gathers appropriate documents in response to WRMG Dealer requests for duplicate MSO/Battery Coupon, as documented in the Duplicate MSO/Battery Coupon process.
• Completes the daily mail distribution process, which includes creating the daily audit and distributing the daily MSO and invoices to the correct AR Clerk by plant location.
• Ensures all the appropriate MSO are received from any outside vendors.
• Creates FedEx Shipments for overnight invoice packets.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent related work experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Microsoft Office applications and other business systems.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric focus with the ability to collaborate with others.
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Regular computer work and sitting.
• Occasional walking, standing, and lifting up to 50lbs.

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:

• Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.
