Responsibilities:

• Conducts all Accounts Receivable functions
• Coordinates with Vendors and follows up on payments and invoices.
• Records, reconciles, and insures on time payment for assigned vendors /converters
• Supports and backup team members as needed
• Supports monthly and annual accounting closings
• Maintains confidentially and high ethical standards
• Performs other tasks as assigned by CFO or Accounting Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience in AP or AR is required.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Great Plains helpful
• Understanding of the concepts of prioritization and organization
• Excellent time management skills
