Henna Chevrolet is looking for an immediate hire as an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a background in Accounting and strong communication skills. **MUST have car dealership accounting experienceBefore applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.Location: 8805 N IH 35 (between 183 and Rundberg)Schedule: M-F full time with daytime hoursResponsibilities

• Reconciles Cashier Reports from various departmentsCorrects, updates and processes customerstatementsMaintains daily deposit files, bank uploads and petty cash runsPost daily bank detailsSet up charge accounts for credit and sent collection notices for past due accountsCollect, receipt and post vendor and customer paymentsAnswers billing inquires and responds to invoice requestsPrepares month-end reconciliation processes

Qualifications

• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) preferred.Strong communication skills and eagerness to learnSelf-starter who can work both independently and with a teamAbility to multi-task and problem solve with excellent time management skillsStrong Attention to detail2 years Accounting experience with a basic understanding of the principles of accounting and bookkeeping requiredAR/AP experience in an automotive dealership preferred
