Verify invoice details to ensure accuracy and completeness. Payment Processing: Record and post payments received from clients using accounting software. Reconcile payments with outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies. Collections Support: Assist in monitoring and following up on overdue accounts. Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment inquiries. Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions. Data Entry: Enter financial transactions into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy. Update and maintain customer information in the database. Reporting: Assist in preparing regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging. Provide relevant information to support decision-making processes. Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and concerns related to billing and receivables.
