Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will handle a variety of tasks related to cash application, reconciliation, credit card and e-check platforms, international wire reviews, collections, credit applications, sales tax, and new platform implementations. This role requires preparation of bank deposits, research of discrepancies, and processing of various payment methods. The specialist will also manage inbound/outbound communications, review and set up customer accounts, and perform additional accounting and administrative duties as needed. Responsibilities include handling 150+ accounts for collections and 20-50 cash applications daily for large and cumbersome receipts.
