Description Accounts Receivable Clerk- plays a crucial role in managing the financial transactions of the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. Job Requirements:

• Proficient in technical accounting principles related to accounts receivable management.
• Must have at least 2 years experience in accounts receivable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate payment arrangements with clients.
• Familiarity with accounting software, for efficient transaction processing.
• Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports for management review.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and record incoming payments accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and follow up accordingly.
• Communicate with customers regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and collection efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions using accounting software.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports by analyzing accounts receivable data.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve customer satisfaction.
