JL Schwieters, a family-owned, Manufacturing/Construction Industry leader for 40+ years located in Hugo, MN is seeking to fill the role of Accounts Receivable. This critical position is open to those with at least 3 years of experience in the same or similar role.Essential & Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesAll Accounts Receivable (AR) Functions – 2+ experience preferredWorking on Customer's websites to collect PO, Work Orders and Misc InformationInvoice entries, coding for GL, Sales Tax, Job costingInvoice Processing and uploading or emailing to customersAccount collectionsODM Deposit (onsite deposits)Cash Receipts entries, balancing GL and AROrganizing electronic AR files and depositsInvoicing for multiple companies/Inner office invoicingAR sale tax monitoringNew Customer setup and vendor communicationsCredit Card Payment ProcessingContract ManagementsWorking with our Sales Departments on contractsKeeping up the AR daily invoicingBank RecsOther duties assigned by ManagementRequirements; Education, Skills & Abilities2 year Degree and/or Experience with Accounting/Office Admin of at least three yearsStrong Attention to detailSelf-MotivatedSelf-StartingProblem SolvingGreat Communication Skills, ability to answer phones and direct customers/visitorsTeam PlayerAbility to meet tight deadlinesAbility to multitask and run multiple projectsKnowledge in MAS and Agility is a plusGreat working knowledge of MS Office 365; Excel, Word, Outlook, Gmail, Google SheetsManufacturing/Construction Industry Knowledge, is a plus!JL Schwieters is a fast-paced, fun, and performance-driven environment!A clean background is a must!Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM & Friday 7:30 – 3:30 PMProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
