Accounts Receivable Lead (SR) - GATR Truck Center : Job Details

PRIMARY DUTIES WILL CONSIST OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in every job completed.
• Customer Account Management: Process customer requests for charge accounts and review monthly statements.
• Customer Interaction: Answer and assist incoming customer calls related to accounts.
• Collections: Maintain past due account lists and contact customers monthly to collect payments.
• Documentation: Create past due letters and submit accounts to collections as needed.
• Reporting: Create and distribute weekly COD reports to all department managers and Directors.
• Support: Assist with various accounting duties related to unit sales, including posting payments, processing flooring payments, reconciling statements, and more.
• Payment Processing: Learn and provide backup for processing customer payments and applying them to accounts.
• Professionalism: Project a professional image at all times.
• Administrative Support: Utilize commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within receptionist/admin support.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accounting Associates Degree or minimum of 2 years of experience in the field or in related area.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Office, Word
• Mathematical or Accounting aptitude.
