Location: 100% On-Site in our Syosset, NY HeadquartersMandatory Training: There will be one week of paid training outside of NYC areaRole Summary: Intelli-Tec Security Services, the leader in high-quality custom security solutions, is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will provide valuable support to the Accounting Department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions. A successful candidate is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. Pay Range: $22.00 Per Hour - $26.00 Per Hour (based on education and experience) Responsibilities:
  • Gather and sort invoices and checks
  • Prepares and enters financial transactions in internal data bases
  • Issue customer statements, invoices, or notices as needed
  • Assist with reports and records
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records
  • Billing out invoices for installation and service in ABM
  • Posting job cost labor to installation projects
  • Collaborate with management to identify issues attributing to account delinquency and propose solutions
  • Assist with Accounting tasks as needed, supporting the other members of the Accounting Department
Basic Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years' experience in a professional support role or equivalent military experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
