Accounts Receivable Specialist - Range Kleen : Job Details

BASIC PURPOSE: Accounts Receivable includes entry and billing of client purchases, both manually and via EDI, along with the collection of past due receivables, disputing deductions, and applying allowances per client agreements.* *Responsibilities:Enter purchases via fax, phone, email, EDI, and client websites. Complete AR month end processes Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, and AR software to file timely disputes of underpayments/deductions Obtain collection goals that have been established & managed by department director in order to meet A/R balance measurementsEssential Education and Skills Needed:1.) Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook2.) Professional communication skills 3.) A high degree of accuracy and great attention to detail4.) Strong customer service skills5.) Ability to calculate and manage accounting figures6.) Basic understanding of accounting principles7.)
