Accounts Receivable Specialist - Horizon Hobby : Job Details

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) on-site position. This position may also occasionally require overtime hours. Roles & Responsibilities

• Recording daily cash/check bank deposit activity in the ERP system
• Contacting customers to collect monies owed to Horizon
• Performing other general accounting and review/reconciliation activities as assigned
• Performing bank reconciliation activities
• Processing online banking transactions
• Preparing reports as needed and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
• This position will also serve as a backup for other members of the finance teem on an as-needed basis.

Education and/or Experience

• Requires basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, & Word software programs
• Requires the ability to use a computer and work independently to perform assigned tasks and meet deadlines
• Requires collaboration and communication with customers, other team members
• Company management is an inherent skill needed for this position
• Prior accounts receivable experience is preferred
