3+ years of experience with full-cycle accounts receivable
Experience with B2B collections
Must have intermediate experience using Excel functions
SAP experience nice to have!
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing invoices, initiating collections on past-due accounts, and generating financial statements and reports. This role requires a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and excellent communication skills.
Analyze and review invoices to verify payments.
Review AR aging to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Initiate collections on past-due accounts and work with customers to resolve payment disputes.
Generate financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries related to accounts receivable.
Ensure compliance with all internal and external audit requirements.
Research and resolve account discrepancies.
Reconcile accounts and assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process.
Collaborate with other departments to verify proof of delivery and communicate with suppliers to resolve issues with aging balances
