Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Accounts Receivable Specialist job opportunity located in Redwood, CA! Pay rate: $ 30.00/HR Shift: Mon - Fri Shift can start either 7am or 8am Length: 6 months Job Duties:

  • Responsible for supporting the controllership team through data gathering and documentation.
  • Ability to follow tasks assigned by manager within set timelines.
  • Prepare accurate and timely status reports to management and other departments, as needed.
  • Participate in special projects, cost analysis, and other financial initiatives.
  • Prepare assigned monthly and quarterly reconciliations.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Finance or Accounting. Financial services industry experience
  • Requires 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, technical and research skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be willing to comply with preemployment screening, including but not limited to, drug testing, reference verification and background check.
  • Tech Savvy, which includes use of shared files, MS Teams and Outlook, proficiency in Excel and Oracle and Adobe, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Must be accustomed to working in a paperless environment.
