Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and payments.
• Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and follow up on overdue balances.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and generate reports as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and account resolution.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus but not required.
