Reference #: 500#######900 Utz Quality Foods is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Support Specialist to join our team of Finance professionals in Hanover, PA. The AR Support Specialist primarily supports Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and is responsible for providing assistance that enables the primary functions of the Accounts Receivable Department to operate efficiently. This would include collecting and verifying the money received for routes serviced by employees, confirming daily invoicing has generated and was sent to customers, creating the necessary credits or charges for previous shipped product, and assisting the AR team with necessary research for route transactions for IOs and Distributors. Key Responsibilities Responsible for daily RSP processing, sending aged reports, preparing deposits, and providing Fed Ex information to Managers. Managing daily customer invoicing which includes creating Negative and/or Positive Sales Orders, and Commercial Invoices for Customs Clearance. Responsible for utilizing the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), cash application system (HighRadius) and route accounting system and portals (DAO) to assist with researching and pulling support for overall AR activity. Responsible for researching PODs and invoices for IO and Distributor related collections activities and other daily AR team functions Assists with various other responsibilities to support collection efforts as needed Job Requirement Accounting skills associated with two or more years of bookkeeping experience; education may substitute for up to one year of experience. Business mathematics skills normally associated with two years of practical experience or the successful completion of a business mathematics course. Proficient in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook General understanding of the business operations related to the snack food industry General understanding of accounting principles, statements, and reports Proficient in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook Business mathematics skills Time management and organizational skills Analytical, business process, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Our Recruitment Process Easy Application (5 mins): Introduce yourself and answer a few key questions to get started.
