We are looking for a skilled
Technical Support Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing and troubleshooting tech support systems in Telecom domain, with a strong understanding of Complex SQL, AWS experience (S3, Glue, Lambda), Dynatrace, LogZ. You will be responsible for the ticket analysis and resolution, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
Required Qualifications - - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required
- Any relevant certification will be an added advantage.
- Implementation / Working Knowledge of Complex SQL, AWS experience (S3, Glue, Lambda), Dynatrace, LogZ.
- At least 4+ years of experience with Information Technology.
- Location for this position is Denver, CO. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area.

Preferred Qualifications- - Relevant experience in Complex SQL, AWS experience (S3, Glue, Lambda).
- Hands-on knowledge with LogZ, Dynatrace, Snowflake database, cloudwatch, ServiceNow, AWS EC2
- Good to have domain knowledge of telecom, wireless domain
- Knowledge of MSSQL, MySQL, and database administration is a plus.
- Non technical requirements: Production support mindset, flexible to work in shifts and over the weekends, work from office is must.
