Qualifications Education/Certification Be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent educationSpecial Knowledge/Skills: Be mentally and physically capable of caring for a large group of children alone in a classroom Possess a strong work ethic, be punctual and have minimal absences Have an awareness of the unique needs of the their young children and have appropriate expectations of their abilities Have dependable transportation Be available for full time employment and available at work as late as 6:30 PM Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience: Have at least 1 year of experience working with children and/or a certificate in early childhood or currently working towards the completion of oneCertified Teacher $30 an hour
