To excel as a Full Time Activities Assistant at Asbury Place Kingsport Senior Living & Memory Care, you should possess a minimum of one year of Therapeutic Recreation experience or equivalent, whether through volunteer work, internship, or paid roles. Experience working with geriatric residents in a long-term care setting is preferred. A high school diploma is required, and previous experience in Therapeutic Recreation or a similar wellness role is advantageous.
