Activities/Reservations Trainer - JAY PEAK RESORT : Job Details

The Activities/ Reservations Trainer trains and assists incoming staff on how to properly use software programs to include Maestro, Inntopia and Siriusware as well as the phone system. This position will also train others on resort offerings, locations and Lodging types and bring current staff up to speed on Activities Agent responsibilities. The Activities/ Reservations Trainer acts as a Activities/ Reservations Agent while not training. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)Provides guests with reservations of lodging space and rate information. Provides guests with Activities information and creates bookings for them. Trains new staff on phones, Property Management System, policies, e-mail, lodging details and protocol. Trains new staff and current staff on Activities software and policies. Maintains agent information booklets and assists in distribution of new policies and information.
