To Qualify as a Hospitality Aid:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Prior experience working with the elderly population
• Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred
• Empathy and care for those that need help
• Effective communication skills

Some of Your Responsibilities as a Hospitality Aid Include:

• Assists Nursing in providing quality care to Residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity and freedom of choice.
• Assists in tasks including:
• Deliver water and snacks to residents
• Deliver linen and supplies
• Transporting residents in wheelchairs to/from events
• Take menu/orders from residents
• 1-on-1 with resident who have behavioral challenges or need socialization
• Bed making
• Assisting with Recreational Activities or Resident Smoke Breaks
