Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Oversee daily operations and maintenance of Acumatica ERP, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Configuration & Customization: Manage and configure modules, screens, and workflows in Acumatica to align with business needs. Implement customizations as necessary.
- User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for Acumatica-related inquiries. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system errors in a timely manner.
- Data Management: Maintain data integrity, manage backups, and perform routine audits to ensure accurate data processing.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security protocols within Acumatica, manage user permissions, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Training & Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices. Provide training to end-users and internal teams.
- System Integration: Work with IT and external partners to integrate Acumatica with other software applications, ensuring smooth data flow and process automation.
- System Upgrades: Manage and support system upgrades, testing new features, and ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
