• Document patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes accurately and promptly.

• Educate patients and families about their conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a supportive and empathetic environment for patients, advocating for their physical and emotional needs.

Candidate requirements

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in New York.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
