Additive Manufacturing Technician - Incodema3D : Job Details

The ideal candidates will have good mechanical skills, attention to detail, problem solving ability, and desire to actively contribute as a team member in the operation and maintenance of additive manufacturing machines.There are two fulltime positions available working 4 days per week 10 hour shifts. The work schedules are as follows:Monday through Wednesday and Sunday 1st Shift 4:30am to 3:00 pm Wednesday through Saturday 1st shift 4:30am to 3:00pmThe Additive Technician is an active contributor within a small team responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of additive manufacturing machines (3D Printers). Primary responsibilities include:

• Receiving and verifying metal powder
• Starting printers and ensuring the beginning of the build
• Monitoring builds throughout the process, and unloading parts and removing powder
• Technicians will also operate bandsaws to cut off extrusions, perform media blasting and surface finishing

• Self-motivation, organization, and ability to prioritize and execute tasks
• High level of attention to detail and problem solving ability
• Strong work ethic and dependable
• High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
