LaGrange College seeks to fill an adjunct position in the Bachelor of Business Administration program beginning January 12, 2025, to teach a 3-credit, introductory-level course in
Management and Organizational Behavior. The course explores the art and science of management and examines behaviors at the individual, group, and enterprise levels that advance or hinder work in organizations. The focus will be on understanding how to effectively manage performance and change in today's complex business environment.LaGrange College seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
