Lute School of Business seeks qualified individuals to serve as Part-time (Adjunct) faculty in the undergraduate program, specifically in the area of Finance. • Master's degree in Finance or related area; Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years' experience in the field will be considered.
• Current industry licensure, as appropriate for the course
• Ability to use technology in teaching
• Possess excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with students with a wide range of skills
• Ability to use collaborative learning techniques and student-centered methods of instruction
• Ability to work in a multi-ethnic/multicultural environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings

Desired Qualifications:

• Teaching experience in related discipline at the college level
• Direct experience in the finance, baking or insurance industries
