- Master's degree in Finance or related area; Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years' experience in the field will be considered.
- Current industry licensure, as appropriate for the course
- Ability to use technology in teaching
- Possess excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with students with a wide range of skills
- Ability to use collaborative learning techniques and student-centered methods of instruction
- Ability to work in a multi-ethnic/multicultural environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings
Desired Qualifications:
- Teaching experience in related discipline at the college level
- Direct experience in the finance, baking or insurance industries
