Job DescriptionPOSITION/ RESPONSIBILITIES: Cameron University has an opening for an adjunct instructor position for Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Reading Specialty, Educational Leadership, and Special Education.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must possess a minimum of 18 hours graduate hours in the course discipline from a regionally accredited institution of higher education. For graduate courses, candidates must possess a terminal degree or three years of equivalent work experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate will have completed a master's or doctoral degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in the field for which they are applying to teach.
- Candidate will have a valid certification in the field for which they are applying to teach.
- Candidates will have experience in the field for which they are applying to teach.
- Candidates have professional leadership experience (e.g. presentations, publications, committee membership, and/or hold office positions) in the field for which they are applying to teach.
