Job Location : Lincoln,NE, USA
Under the general supervision of the Dean and the Program Chair, the adjunct instructor will instruct students in various courses in the classroom (may be face-to-face, online, or in a laboratory/clinical setting.) This is a part-time temporary position.
The instructor may serve as a coordinator for a group of courses or be the lead instructor for a course or courses with the program. The instructor develops and implements the course syllabus according to the Program curriculum plan and SCC policies in cooperation with other faculty.
Minimum Qualifications
* Certified Pharmacy Technician, holding a designation of CPhT
* Minimum two (2) years of experience working as a pharmacy technician.
* Bachelor's degree in a health/science field or the successful completion of the Bachelor's degree within three (3) years from the start of employment is required.
* Member of a national and/or local pharmacy technician organization
* Maintain health requirements for clinical sites.
Desired Qualifications
* Certified Pharmacy Technician, holding a designation of CPhT
* Five (5) years' experience working as a pharmacy technician.
* Master's degree in a related field.
* Member of a national and/or local pharmacy technician organization
* Maintain health requirements for clinical sites.
* Teaching experience in a post-secondary institution.
