We are seeking a high energy, detailed individual with excellent phone skills to handle incoming customer service calls answering product questions, customer inquiries on existing in house orders, calling customers to get additional information, payments and more.ORDER ENTRY-Must be highly organized with excellent computer skills to quickly and accurately input orders into computer. Email orders, acknowledgments and invoices to customers. Interact with production to make sure order is being processed timely and all inventory and materials are available. Email purchase orders to vendors.CLERICAL/ART PROOFS-Interact with outside artwork vendor and email art proofs to customers for each order. Upon approval, forward to production and outside vendors.ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to Manager-Answer any questions regarding orders, customer inquiries, messages. Keep Manager apprised of production, inventory levels when items are needed to be ordered, phone calls, etc.BOOKKEEPING/CLERICAL-Keep records of orders with cost from vendors by comparing invoices received to purchase orders submitted.QUALIFICATIONSExcellent ability to handle multiple phone calls.Strong computer skills needed for order entry, transmitting orders and attachments to outside vendors.Ability to multitaskVery organizedExcellent time management skillsAttention to detailProblem solving skillsAbility to work quickly and accurately for order entry, billing, emailing to customersKnowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator helpfulMinimum 2 years office experience and Associates Degree or higher, or Bachelors Degree
