Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional Admin Assistant for an expanding health club franchise.

The candidate must have knowledge of general accounting principals and be proficient at accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).

The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator.

This position can be the stepping-stone to a supervisor position, for strong candidates with willingness to learn and grow with the company.

15hours per week at the Shelton, CT office.

Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus, but not required.

Fitness experience helpful not necessary

This office is a very high energy arena!

Job Requirements:

Keep organized filing systems

Telephone communication skill required

This position also entails admin support for staff in office.
