Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives as well as handling basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess a strong ability to manage both administrative and financial responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
* Manage executives' calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
* Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive review.
* Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
* Assist in travel arrangements/reimbursement and ensure all logistical details are coordinated.
Accounting Tasks:
* Process and reconcile basic financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
* Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
General Office Management:
* Maintain an efficient and organized office environment.
* Order and manage office supplies, ensuring availability for day-to-day operations.
* Assist in coordinating office events and activities.
Communication:
* Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administrative support and basic accounting tasks.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
