Job Summary:Nesco Resource is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant for our CPA client in Rochester, NY. This is a temporary position for the upcoming tax season. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations during a busy time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls professionally, direct calls appropriately, and take detailed messages.

• Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly upon arrival, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive office experience.

• Document Management: Scan, file, and organize important documents with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Data Entry: Input client information into relevant systems with high attention to detail.

• General Office Support: Assist with mail distribution, office supply management, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior administrative or office experience preferred.

• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, scanners).

• Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor at all times.
