Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Our Company is seeking a successful, detailed-oriented Receptionist, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience interacting effectively with customers. Receptionist/Admin Responsibilities - Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and provide basic information when necessary
- Proposal generation
- Take accurate messages and deliver to the correct person
- Receive, sort and scan mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Order, receive, stock and distribute office supplies
- Ensure common areas of the office are properly stocked and supplies are readily available for employees
Requirements - Work experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Excel, Word)
- Professional and polite etiquette on the phone and in-person
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
