Job Summary
The Administration Coordinator role is a dynamic position requiring a versatile skill set to manage various administrative and project tasks. The coordinator will handle essential administrative duties such as database management, paperwork processing, report generation, and file maintenance. This position will also support planning, coordination, communication, and outreach for the Cinematique event, hosted by Essex Community Outreach. They will ensure operational and administrative continuity for the Office of the President & Cinematique by overseeing documentation and communications and identifying ongoing needs while acquiring practical experience aligned to their area of study under their optional practical training program.

Hiring range: $19.97 - $23.00/hr
Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative duties, including maintaining database information, processing paperwork, producing reports and maintaining related directories and files.
- Serve as a face of the Office of the President
- Support projects and meetings; track tasks and actions.
- Take day to day direction from the CEO and the Director of Administration.
- Maintain continuity of the Office of the President & Cinematique operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management, discovering irregularities, and determining continuing needs.
- Draft, post, and monitor social media posts as directed.
- Provide administrative support to Office of the President staff staff and stay current with administrative practices and procedures.
- Perform data entry, including receipting, program registration data, membership data, and campaign information.
- Maintain exceptional rapport with internal and external connections by researching, setting priorities and resolving situations.
- Perform various bookkeeping duties, including coding bills and processing refunds.
- May train, coordinate, and schedule the activities of volunteers and/or staff.
- Participate in a variety of internal meetings to stay informed about industry requirements, support optimal customer care, and maintain team collaboration.
- Maintain the required minimum qualifications for the position, such as licenses, certifications, or credentials.
- Perform any tasks to assist in keeping a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
- Integrate all safety policies and procedures into daily practice.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.
- Other duties as assigned. The position may also be modified to accommodate the business's specific needs.

Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent. Two years or more of college in a related field is preferred.?Other applicable education, training, and experience will be considered, which provide the knowledge, abilities, and skills necessary to perform effectively in the position. A college degree is a plus.
- 1-2 years experience in an administrative support role
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Intermediate knowledge of/experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- General office knowledge - copier, phone systems, etc.
- Strong keyboarding skills (aka touch-typing)
- Prefer knowledge of, and previous experience with, diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical ability, sexual orientation, etc.). The ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful.?
- Ability to pass a criminal background and reference check per company policy.
