About the job Admin / Data Entry We are an international distribution company looking to hire motivated individuals. The ideal candidates are hard working, organized and detail oriented. We are looking to hire 2 individuals to work in our invoicing / customer service and also assist the Operations Manager. Duties Include: Interacting with customers and suppliers Working with freight companies Processing invoicing packets and customer orders Processing vendor invoices Applying customer payments Sending monthly statements to customers Answering phone calls / E-mails Data entry General office duties including filing Microsoft Excel knowledge required. QuickBooks experience a plus These are entry level positions. No experience necessary. We are willing to train. Located in the Ronkonkoma Area near Islip Airport
