Position Summary: The Admin, Finance and Accounting is responsible for ensuring compliance, timeliness, and accuracy on all disbursements made by the hospital through accounts payable and payroll. Supports the Controller in coordination of the external audit process, tax reporting and other projects related to the disbursements of funds. Ensures that reports, filings, and documentation comply with the Accounting department policies, procedures, and GAAP reporting guidelines. Collaborate with Assistant Controller and General Accounting Manager on monthly close procedures. Leads and develops payroll and accounts payable staff.

USD $99,424.00 - USD $178,963.00. CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
