Responsibilities:
* Manage and report on new hire pipeline, ensuring timely onboarding processes.
* Manage and report customer inquiries, such as hours management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Manage payroll processing and discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Lead both regional admin team and AMH Services admin team by providing guidance and support for effective performance.
* Provide weekly payroll reports, ensuring transparency and compliance.
* Manage station correspondence and clerical duties, maintaining efficient communication channels.
* Oversee administrative operations, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency.
* Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline administrative workflows.
* Must be willing to travel to multiple stations and flexible with your schedule.
* Handle any other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Regions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, Aviation Management or related field is preferred. Previous experience leading a team is desired.
* Ability to solve problems and influence people across all functional areas.
* Outstanding facilitator and communicator; lead innovation by teaching, consensus-building, and project execution.
* Ability to lead and demonstrate initiative and work well in a team environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Solid decision-maker with excellent analytical skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and be self-starting on tasks within area of expertise.
