This is a highly professional, exempt position requiring a versatile and committed individual. - Manage and direct labor and delivery operations with a focus on quality patient care. - Step in as a labor and delivery nurse as needed and provide hands-on patient care. - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. - Coordinate staffing schedules, ensuring sufficient coverage for all shifts. - Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff and facilitate professional development. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive healthcare services. - Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff. - Adapt to a rotating shift schedule, as needed, ensuring flexibility in availability.
