Administrative Accounting Coordinator:
Our client is looking for a person that enjoys a variety of tasks during the day. The desired person will be assisting in the accounting department, the sales department and in logistics. This person will be a jack-of-all-trades.
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Microsoft office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Extremely proficient utilizing and understanding all facets of JD Edwards software
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
- Producing PowerPoint presentations as requested
- Entering Sales orders
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work in a team environment and change pace at a moment's notice
- Willingness and ability to work for multiple supervisors and be able to prioritize workload
- Previous experience with Logistics and scheduling preferred
- Ability to be on time to work daily (not a remote role)
- 5+ years JD Edwards Experience
- Accounting Principles
- AP/AR
- Proficient data entry skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
