The expectation is that the successful candidate works professionally, productively, and effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintains working relationships with students, learners, faculty, staff, and community stakeholders.The main job functions include, but are not limited to, program development, financial management, reviewing, interpreting, and presenting data, and maintaining accurate record keeping.The administrative analyst will generate invoices, reports, and other workforce data and accurately, clearly, and effectively present the information. Candidates with a finance background are preferred but willing to train the right person.This is a grant-funded position with the salary and benefits being covered by the HIRED grant for the next two years. Continued employment after two years will be dependent on SAU tech's staffing needs and budget allowance.All SAU Tech employees are expected to demonstrate excellence in interpersonal behaviors and be committed to effective collaboration with colleagues. This nondiscrimination policy applies to admissions, employment, and access to and treatment in the various programs and activities of the College.Examples of Duties Responsibilities•Generate invoices and reports, and track data, courses, revenue, and other workforce information•Assist the workforce department in planning, developing, evaluating, and implementing workforce programs and monitoring their effectiveness.•Organize and categorize existing workforce data into reports, spreadsheets, and presentations•Continuously improve the process of collecting various workforce information•Assist in promoting and distributing information of workforce classes and training•Revise and update information and records with new information as it becomes available•Maintain the accuracy of data and files and modify inaccurate information as needed•Help oversee and update workforce information on the website•Other duties as assignedMinimum/Preferred Qualifications Qualifications•High school diploma or equivalent•Previous experience with financial management, data entry, or related field is a plus•Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel•Highly detail-oriented and strong attention to detail•Exceptional customer service skills, communication, and organizational skillsAt Southern Arkansas University Tech, we value the personal health and financial well-being of our employees.
