Position: Administrative Assistant 2
Location Requirements: Puget Sound, WA, Hybrid, 2-3 days a week
Monday Friday 40hr/week
Typical Day in the Role
Purpose of the Team: The purpose of the Viva Engage team (formerly Yammer) is to manage the communication mechanism tool similar to teams; an internal and external tool.
Key projects: This role will contribute to providing team support, assigning licenses for various requests, calendar support for the VP of Product and the partner of product, and for product as a central
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of the following,
60% calendar management
40% team support
Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required: 2-4 years overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
Disqualifiers: Candidates missing required skills will not be eligible for the role.
Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain previous Microsoft experience and demonstrated strong organizational skills.
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work, follow through, and ability to decrease errors.

Minimum 4 years experience with Microsoft, outlook proficient OneNote
Minimum 4 years experience with Excel, basic skills but strong comfortability

Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: ASAP
Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 1 panel for 30 minutes
Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have familiarized themselves with engage/yammer prior to the assessment.
Summary:
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.
