Job Title:Administrative Assistant (Customer Service)Type of Position:12-month contract position initially (long term, likely to be converted to direct hire)Job Location:Parma, ID (this is an on site role).Compensation:$25.00/hr. Overtime paid at 1.5x over 40 hours.Benefits:

  • There is no included PTO while on contract. In going direct hire, there would be significant PTO. Please note, unpaid time off is allowed with manager approval.
Job Description:HRU Technical Resources has partnered with a major chemical, research, and agriculture organization to hire an Administrative Assistant for our facility in Parma, ID. This role will support the actions of our Commercial Operations.Responsibilities:
  • Managing formal processes such as reports, information maintenance, and process training.
  • Ensuring professional communication that is friendly, fluid, and precise.
  • Providing administrative support to the team through a comprehensive understanding of organizational policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Assembling, preparing, and distributing various types of information.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required at a minimum (this will be verified).
  • 2 to 4 years of administrative experience.
  • 1 to 2 years in accounts payable/accounting or a similar role preferred.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and open to learning new technologies to improve efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to assist internal and external customers efficiently.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize diverse activities to meet critical deadlines.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
  • 1st (day) shift role. Standard schedule is 8:00am to 5:00pm.
  • This is a 100% on site role (at our facility in Parma, ID).
  • Offer will be contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
