Responsibilities/Requirements
- Responsible for providing administrative support in the maintenance and management of the Automated Dispatch Assignment System in support of all client Field Appraiser workload assignments.
- Coordinate and schedule assignments for field personnel, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch of resources to meet operational needs.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, document management, and maintaining accurate records of assignments and service calls.
- Act as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, relaying information and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Track and update real-time status of ongoing assignments to ensure completion within designated timelines.
