We have an immediate position for Administrative Assistant / Clerk! •Position is responsible for overseeingthe overall areas and storage pertaining to deliveries, providing stock andsupply deliveries •Able to communicate well with outsidecustomers, vendors, read package slips, etc. •Monthly billings, counting inventory,data entry, proofreading resident menu and resident food service-related flyers •Monthly in-service printings and bookkeeping for inspections and invoices. •Organizing and relabeling of fooditems •Must be detailed oriented and have theability to multitask. Experience in Microsoft programs required! Previouswork in Food Service preferred. Current food handler card required. Employmenthours and days may vary from time to time in order to meet the needs of ourresidents, special events, and including holidays.
