Freedom Village is a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Lake Forest, CA which is centrally located in Orange County. We are proud to be a debt free Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), serving seniors in South Orange County for 27 years. Our campus including Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing, has been completely remodeled.

Interested in a career in food service? We have an immediate position for Administrative Assistant !

* Position is responsible for overseeing the overall areas and storage pertaining to deliveries, providing stock and supply deliveries

* Able to communicate well with outside customers, vendors, read package slips, etc.

* Monthly billings, counting inventory, data entry, proofreading resident menu and resident food service-related flyers

* Monthly in-service printings and bookkeeping for inspections and invoices.

* Organizing and relabeling of food items

* Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to multitask. Experience in Microsoft programs required!

Previous work in Food Service preferred. Current food handler card required. Employment hours and days may vary from time to time in order to meet the needs of our residents, special events, and including holidays.

Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE

* Offer of employment is contingent upon successful fingerprint clearance through Department of Justice, background check, physical exam, TB, drug screen. Covid-19 vaccination preferred not required.
